Presentation Reflection

Date: Tuesday 29th May
Venue: T001
Time: 10:45
Subject: Road Rage
Presenter: Ahmed Mohammed

First, Ahmed started his presentation describing the road rage; his idea of the introduction was pretty sound and his speaking was great; he gave us lots of information about the road rage. Then he gave us some examples of road rage and told us how to avoid it; he gave us some advice to avoid this problem. His solutions for this problem were great and realistic. In my opinion I think he presented very well but he needs to improve his skills a little bit; his slides were lacking more pictures; he needs more pictures to make his presentation more interesting. At the end Ahmed answered the questions very well but I think he needs more practice.

Time: 9:30
Subject: Gaming Development
Presenters:
  • ·        Mr.Adel
  • ·        Mr.Ahmed Mohammed
  • ·        Mohammed Abdulaziz

First of all Ahmed started the presentation and his idea of the introduction was pretty sound and his speaking was good but not that much.
Then he talked about the 1st, the 2nd, the 3rd ,the 4th and the 5th generation gaming. He gave a good outline but he lacks a little bit of emotion in submission. In his view he showed just 2 or 3 pictures so he needs more pictures to make his show interesting.

The second one was Mohammed Abdulaziz; he gave a great outline about the history of gaming. His speaking was good but he needs to improve his skills a little bit. His slides were amazing and impressive but he needs a little bit improvement; he showed us too many pictures and made his presentation very interesting.

The third one was Adel; he talked about Square Enix Company and its specialty his speaking; was very weak and he doesn’t have a certain grasp of the subject. His slides were not interesting, he just showed us one or two slides.

Reflection:

We started the meeting by Ghaith who talked about house maids and their problems. First, we discussed the problem that maids commit many crimes and raise our kids. I (Abdulaziz) said: maids don't care about the houses they work in because they are not theirs and they have bad thoughts about family members. Then Ghaith said: maids are teaching our kids their attitudes and cultures. After that, Naser said: some maids commit crimes like murders, steeling and running away.Next, Ghaith started to talk about the agenda and then I said that treating maids politely will decrease their bad attitudes and it's the best way to prevent their problems. Naser talked about awareness of parents and most parents don't know anything about their maids and their work; we should do a campaign to raise awareness. Ghaith gave us a great solution that we can put hidden cameras to be aware about every thing maids do. Finally, we ended our meeting after we agreed on a point that said maids raise our children and are a huge part of their lives, we should be wise when picking them, and we need to take these precautions to prevent any harm to the family or anything.
