• ·        Tell me about yourself: his answer was clear; he said that he had a licence for driving small airplanes and when he was a kid he was driving small planes and helicopters.
• ·        Why do you want to work in our company? Because Etihad has the best airplanes for pilots, good working hours, good salaries.
• ·        As a pilot you must work under pressure. Could you do it? His answer was clear and he said, yes of course.
• ·        Have you ever had any problem flying by yourself; his answer was clear; he said  no .
• ·        What are your outside interests? He answered “jet engines”.
• ·        If I tell you our salary depends to your experience? He answered so well; he said it’s not about salary, I don’t mind about salary.
• ·        There are other companies that give you a better offer like Emirates Airline so why did you choose us? He gave a great answer; he said “secure job, good salaries and since I was kid I wanted to work at Etihad airways".

• ·        Mr.Hedley asked him to talk about himself; he said that he finished his high school last year and he’s studying engineering.

• ·        Can you work under pressure? He answered so well; he said yes, sometimes pressure motivates you and it's OK with me to work under pressure and I will get experience.

• ·        You said you are a student in the ADMC; what do you think about being a student in the ADMC? His answer was clear; he said that they have a lot of good teachers and advanced technology.

• ·        Mr.Hedley asked Abdulla to introduce himself; Abdullah introduced himself very well; he said he had been driving for several years and had experience of  super sports cars, both driving and servicing them.
• ·        *Mr Hedley asked Abdulla if he was working at the moment and he said no.
• ·        *Naser asked Abdullah if he is interested in cars; he said yes you can ask me about any car
• ·        *Mr. Hedley asked how he is seeing his future in this company; he said" I prepared my life for not only one company; I prepared myself for a lot of companies, I studied a lot of companies' work".
• ·        When asked about the dangers of the job, he emphasized how important safety preparations and regular checks on the cars were.
